I really love this product is so comfortable and so soft. It’s large enough to fit myself (5’2” 180lbs hourglass curvy) and a 45lb 4 year old comfortably or even 2 of them (I have twins!) with one sitting on my lap and the seat doesn’t seem to be sinking in. I don’t use it daily or for working or multiple hours a day, just when I’m relaxing for a few hours watching tv for using my laptop or the kids aren’t home, or to sit down and lotion or put on socks or stockings or pants. I did get a fluffier pillow at a big box store to replace the throw pillow that comes with it (I got it in black velvet, about 22”x22” for texture, aesthetics & coordination) and it’s just perfect. I usually keep a throw blanket on it for extra coziness and I hope it lasts for many years to come. I will probably put a pad under the seat just to ensure durability over time and wear and tear but I do love it. It is very big so it takes a good amount of space away from walking around my bed but I don’t mind it for the purpose it was intended for. My room is about 450sq ft or so with a king size bed, 2 nightstands on either side and a tall dresser. It was pretty easy to put together; it was tough to lug upstairs by myself but I managed to do it. The chair may weigh over 60lbs, it felt like. It comes in 2 separate boxes, the ottoman in one and the rest of the chair in another, and the cushions are vacuum sealed and they fluff out right away. This lounger is quite low to the ground so if your knees can’t take that low seating, beware. Other than that, it’s worth the price. And after all that work, you won’t want to pack it back up for returning anyway.
